  • Drafting legal opinions on issues arising out of company operations.

  • Conducting training seminars and workshops for the executive management and employees of the business entities.

  • Assisting in-house counsels in implementing policies, procedures and business practices as per applicable law.

  • Drafting and vetting of company guidelines and handbooks as per applicable law.
