Workshop Conducted by Ivy Law on Employment Laws for Women Employees
The team at Ivy Law conducted a full day workshop on ‘Employment Laws for Women Employees’ at Power Finance Corporation Limited (“PFC”) specifically focusing on the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act/Rules 2013 (“Act”).
