Roundtable Discussion on Staying Compliant

The team at Ivy Law participated in a ‘Roundtable Discussion on Staying Compliant’ conducted by Economic Times. The key points in the discussion were the regulatory changes in labor law, environmental law, and taxation regulations. Emphasis was laid on boosting a company’s growth by being compliant, along with the challenges faced by companies within the regulatory framework. The discussion highlighted the new changes introduced in labor law on account of the reforms and the current pandemic. The approvals and licenses required under the provisions of the Environmental Protection Act, 1986 were also considered. Taxation regulations from the perspective of foreign exchange laws, foreign trade and the capital markets were also analyzed.
